Dear members,
we would like to invite you to the ordinary general meeting 2020 of MindSphere World e.V.
The event will take place
at June 17th, 2020 from 9 am to 11 am as a virtual meeting
In order for us to get through with the agenda in the scheduled two hours, we ask you to read the attached attachments (especially annex 2 – organizational information) in advance and to dial in in time, as we need to register the participants.
Admission to the virtual meeting starts at 8:30 a.m. Please dial in in time (dial-in data in Outlook contact).

Please find the corresponding annexes in the

At this year’s ordinary general meeting,
elections of the advisory board and the cash auditors will also take place (Annexes 7 and 9). We will use the online voting tool “Polyas” to conduct the election. In case you cannot vote in person, there is the possibility to transfer the voting rights (Annex 3).
We have planned some small
amendments to the by-laws (Annex 8), which must be decided by the general meeting.
Please send us your comments and suggestions on the agenda and the elections,
as well as any transfer of voting rights, by e-mail or by post by 5 June 2020.
