The second half of the workshop consists of interactive work in small groups. Together, the needs of sales-relevant customer roles are worked out. This forms the orientation for IoT-related benefit ideas, which each participant can then transfer to his working environment.
After the workshop, support is also offered so that the findings can be applied directly in the personal environment. Typical participant activities after the workshop are the more coherent addressing of IoT-relevant customer roles, the IoT-enhancement of the colleague environment in one's own company or the promotion of product developments with the help of IoT.
